The project represents a full interior rehabilitation of 1080SF of 2nd floor space within an existing detached house built during the 1880s in Vratsa, Bulgaria (EU). CCAA provided architectural design and construction drawings for the project. The Owner sought to preserve as much as possible of the existing built fabric, while giving the house a contemporary look. The existing furnishings were restored and became a part of the new interiors. The project was completed on time and budget.
