Garage and Deck Addition

The project represents the addition of 900SF of new two car garage and recreation deck to an existing detached house built during the 1890s in the Germantown section of Philadelphia, PA.  CCAA provided architectural design, construction drawings and permitting for the project.  Locating the new garage on a steeply sloping existing site and attaching it to a solid stone masonry house from the1800s, while meeting the current residential codes’ requirements, proved for a challenging project.  The project is currently under construction.
